Hours of Operation Event Services Office Hours The Event Services Office is open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m. Event Management Staff is always available on premises whenever there is an event occurring in the facility.Reservations Drop-In HoursThe Event Services office is located on the 1st floor of the MLK Student Union past the clothing and bookstores, through the blue double doors and on your right. Our office is open during drop in hours below. Our reservation coordinators are available during these drop in hours to discuss event reservations and billing.
